Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-service with a door code, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Need an early check-in, late check-out, or a half-day stay? We are happy to accommodate these requests when we they are available. Please reach out and ask!

Three bedrooms + loft and two bathrooms is perfect for up to ten guests. The downstairs level features a full bathroom, private bedroom with two queen size beds, and a laundry facility. The upstairs main-level has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a king size bed, plus a full bathroom. The top level loft has two queen size beds. Please note: our septic system is sensitive to heavy water use, so we cap occupancy at ten guests (even though the space could technically stretch further). We ask that you help us keep it healthy by being mindful of water usage throughout your stay.

Guests can enjoy secure garage parking while staying at the Starlight Loft. Two cars can comfortable park in the garage, leaving room for up to four additional vehicles on the driveway. Electric vehicles may be charged inside the garage.

Yes! We offer super fast Wi-Fi and multiple dedicated workspaces. The most private workspace is tucked away inside the primary closet and features a desk, monitor, ergonomic chair, and a door that closes. The loft also has a double width desk with two rolling chairs and a beautiful view of the treetops.

Absolutely! The home is designed with families and groups in mind! Two bedrooms and one bath on the main floor, plus a private bedroom and bathroom downstairs creates a lot of flexibility. The top level loft has a double-width desk, kids books, and two additional beds for sleeping options. Parents will appreciate the portable crib, booster seat, high chair, kids' books and toys, children's dinnerware, and board games for all ages. Please note that the ship's ladder leading to the loft is NOT suitable for young children. Adult supervision is required at all times.

The guest-favorite loft is reached by a rather steep wooden ship's ladder in the living room. Guests who prefer a bedroom with a door should stick to the two guest rooms on the main level or the private room downstairs.

We're in Mountainaire, a small, forested community just off I-17 at Exit 333, about 3 minutes from the highway, 10 minutes from NAU, and 15 minutes from historic downtown Flagstaff. For the privacy and security of our home, we share the exact address once your reservation is confirmed, along with full directions and access details.

We're sorry to say we cannot allow pets in out home. To keep the place completely clean and allergen-free for all guests, we have a strict no-pet policy.

Yes, of course! We've got a soft spot for Louie the Lumberjack as well as the students and faculty at Northern Arizona University. We're ten minutes from campus, which makes us a favorite home base for families and friends in town for graduation, home football games, Family Weekend, or move-in day. There is plenty of room for the whole crew and a quiet place to retreat to once the campus chaos winds down for the day.
