• ✦Up to 10 guests — the maximum the home is set up for
• ✦It's a quiet, residential area; please be considerate of neighbors
• ✦Treat the home with care, as if it were your own

Safety & property

• ✦Exterior security cameras only — a video doorbell at the front, one watching the driveway, and one on the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.
• ✦Smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms throughout
• ✦Fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit on hand

Cancellations

While booking is handled through Airbnb, the cancellation terms shown on the listing at the time you reserve apply. For direct inquiries, reach out and we'll walk you through the current terms before you commit to anything.
